SISP is a charity helping the poor in Kovalam, Kerala,

SISP was started in 1996 to address the needs of the
very poorest of people in villages such as Vizhinjam in Kerala, southern India.
SISP helps to improve the quality of life by offering: free education;
training in self-support; saving schemes (micro credit unions); financial
aid for medical treatment and care; food, education and substitute income
for would-be child labourers.
SISP cooperates very closely with local care workers and authorities.
