On Monday, May 5th we bid farewell to Jelle Rigole, the young Belgian man who has been helping at SISP and teaching the children how to surf. He comes every year and stays for several months. This year he organised two film crews to visit us and even took a group of our best surfers off to the Andaman Islands!

It was an emotional and tearful occasion - Jelle finding it hard to speak and thank everyone, especially the children. He has become very attached to our children. It is fair to say that he loves them and they return that love. The good news is that he will be back again next year!
