Paul and Werner visit Belgium

6th October, 2008

Yesterday, in the early morning of Sunday 5th October, Paul and Werner returned to India. They had spent two weeks in Belgium visiting family and friends and, of course, seeing many of their sponsors. The whole country was criss-crossed and even SISP-Nederland was visited. The main news naturally concerned the new building and Paul talked enthusiastically about the enormous boost it has given the project.

The teachers are delighted with the new classrooms, storage space and new equipment.

All of SISP's staff have indicated that benefits are obvious: the students especially are paying more attention during the lessons and gaining better results. Everyone is rightfully very proud.

The workshops have benefited from the improved workspace and staff feel more motivated.

Paul thanked everyone for their huge commitment. "It is heartwarming to know that there are so many people that continue to believe that we can offer these children a new future, to give them the chance to change their own lives", Paul said.

Paul and Werner left for India full of courage and conviction, because every day they experience that there are people who, without their and our support, could not survive with dignity.
