In the workshops the windows are wide open, so that the wind can cool the large premises.
In the paper workshops the tables are now further apart and there is much more space to work.
The tailoring work can now be done at a long table, which means that the pieces of cloth can be marked out and cut much more easily. The sewing machines have been positioned close to the windows so there is more light to work.
The staff of the coconut workshop are still using the old equipment. They're waiting for new machines to arrive.
The light in the new kitchen is also much better than before and there is even an extractor hood placed over the gas hob. All the cooking ingredients can now be segregated and stored in proper conditions. This also makes the working environment much more pleasant.
And the large multipurpose room on the first floor is used as a dining area, a dance floor, a conference room and sometimes even as a classroom!
