Final preparations for the inauguration of the new SISP Centre |

On Sunday 13th July the final preparations were being made for the grand inauguration on Monday. A number of new school desks had been purchased and had to be moved carefully into the new classrooms. And a nice new desk had been chosen for the school office to replace the rather tatty one we had before. Paul supervised the deliveries with a smile of satisfaction ... it is finally all coming together. The children and young people could hardly believe their eyes with all this new equipment for their new school. It somehow seemed almost unreal to them. The colourful decorations were then put up in preparation for tomorrow's celebrations - all hand-made, of course! This is a big event in the neighbourhood - everyone will know about it and many will attend. Let's hope it's a brilliant success! |
