14th July, 2008

On the afternoon of Saturday, July 12, the old SISP centre looked like an ants' nest.

The sun was high in the sky (with no rain threatened!) and everyone was busy tackling boxes, chairs, wardrobes and tables. Everything was loaded onto trucks and even the school bus was pressed into service, transporting the furniture to the new SISP Centre.

The removals were very successful but it took until late in the evening for it all to be put in the proper place. And then, of course, all that effort had to be rewarded with a tasty rice meal!
