Meanwhile the centre's ramp driveway has been laid. In these temperatures of over 30°C care must be taken that the concrete does not set too quickly whick would result in a weak substrate and a cracked surface. It is amazing to look back at the early photos of this project. We have come a long way since the days when the plot was nothing but red earth! Once the concrete has set, the school bus will be able to drive to the door and the elderly will be able to collect their food parcels without too much difficulty. |
