The move to the new building has been postponed! |

After discussing the slow progress of the final work with the architect the management of SISP decided that the move had to be postponed. It had been anticipated that the move to the new building would take place at the end of March but, because the building has not yet been fully completed, the move has been postponed until May 2008. There are still quite a few unsafe parts of the building where accidents could happen. For example, on the first floor a further wall is needed. Additionally, around the building there is still a lot to be cleaned up and building materials to be tidyed up. The playground needs to be made safe and the drinking water points connected to the water system. As we had to do previously, we negotiated with the owner of the old school building and, fortunately, we were able to extend the rental once more. |
