There are real professionals working in India, as you can see here with your own eyes.

Only when the smallest details are perfect is anything considered finished. Even Werner looks on in admiration over the shoulders of the joiners. And in the building some of the rooms are already being painted - with, of course, the national colours of India! (The three colours of the Indian flag all have significant meaning. The top color, kesari (saffron), stands for "balidaan", patriotism for India. The middle color, white, stands for simplicity and peace. The bottom color, green, stands for agriculture (kheti), the farmer (kisaan) and greenery (hariyali).)

Similarly, the sanitary facilities are going in and it's quite a bustle in the yard.

Werner checks that everything is straight - that the right materials are being used, that everything is still on schedule, ... he has carefully monitored the whole course of the construction.
