Poles are being readied for the flat roof |

All wooden poles have been moved to the first floor and put in place in readiness for casting the flat concrete roof. This will involve heavy manual labour because all the materials will have to be carried on the shoulders of the workmen. The carpenter is also still working on site, finishing off the windows and the doors. You will see that there is still a large pile of bricks in the yard which will be used for the interior walls on the first floor. It is nearly December and there is still an awful lot of work to be done. |
