The walls climb higher |

The walls of the first floor (the floor above the ground floor!) are almost ready, and the support pillars for the flat roof are being constructed. On the ground floor nearly all the walls are now rendered or plastered. Notice that fluorescent lights are being used to help the plastering of the internal walls. A rare use of power on the site! But there is still much work to be done before the schoolchildren will be able to move into their new classrooms. |
