The carpenters have provided the window frames for the building on time. And, following normal Indian practice, they are bricked into place.

There are a good number of windows in the building so that there is sufficient light and ventilation.

The frames are supported at either side with a brick pier and are kept in place by metal ties which are embedded in the mortar as the piers go up. Afterwards, temporary supports are put in place to hold the frames securely while the mortar dries.

The yard is a hive of activity!
