Inspection on the yard |
12th August, 2007 |
Thursday August 9, the architect (the chap in the pink shirt) had an appointment to visit us. A thorough inspection of the workmanship was carried out along with a review of the progress. The chief supervisor (white shirt and black trousers) looked with concern over the architect's shoulders and took instructions where adaptations must be done. The architect gave the work his approval and hoped that it would continue in the same fashion. You will see from the photos that some of the brickwork has extended beyond the ground floor and timbers are being put in place to act as formers for the concrete over the covered walkways. At least there will be some shelter for when it rains! |
